Lydia Tunstall is the Founder of the Cold Pressed Gwinnett Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to advancing community health through nutrition education, wellness initiatives, and equitable access to healthy living resources.

Holding a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Lydia brings together business leadership, entrepreneurship, and a lifelong passion for health and wellness. Her interest in nutrition, preventive care, and whole-person wellness has been shaped by years of studying health-related disciplines and advocating for healthier lifestyles within her community.

As the Founder and CEO of Cold Pressed Gwinnett, Lydia has built an organization centered on the belief that food can be a powerful tool for prevention, healing, and long-term wellness. Recognizing that many families face barriers to accessing nutrition education and wholesome foods, she established the Cold Pressed Gwinnett Foundation to extend that mission beyond the walls of the business and into the community.

Through educational workshops, youth programming, wellness events, community partnerships, and outreach initiatives, the Foundation equips individuals and families with practical knowledge and resources that encourage healthier choices and sustainable lifestyle changes. Its mission is rooted in prevention, education, and empowering communities to thrive.
